Embarkation
Check-in
If you've booked a combination land/sea package with the Disney Cruise Line, then your check-in was all taken care of when you checked into your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. With the Key to the World card you were given at the resort, you can board the ship directly without any line-ups or paper work. Otherwise, there's a short wait to check in at the luxurious Disney Cruise Line terminal in Port Canaveral prior to boarding the ship. It should be noted that DCL insists that, for reasons of immigration and customs, non-Americans turn over their passports prior to boarding the ship. Your passport will be returned to you on the morning of debarkation.
Boarding may begin anytime between 12:30pm and 1:00pm on the day of sailing, depending on how quickly the crew can turn over the disembarking passengers.

Luggage Delivery
If you arrive aboard a Disney Cruise Line bus, either directly from the airport or from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, Disney Cruise Line takes care to handle your luggage and deliver it directly to your stateroom through the day of embarkation. If you arrive at the terminal on your own, DCL personnel will take your luggage at the curb and arrange to have it delivered to your stateroom.

Tuxedo Pick-up
Disney Cruise Line has a contract with Cruiseline Formal for tuxedo rentals, should you decide to wear a tuxedo on the ship's formal night and don't have a tuxedo of your own. Tuxedos may be picked up in the Disney Cruise Line terminal prior to embarkation.
